Kimberly Bryant founded and leads Black Girls Code, aimed at inspiring and empowering people who have generally been excluded from the tech industry. Less than 3% of employees at the top 75 companies in Silicon Valley are Black, and women are a distinct minority. Now, with the U.S. amidst a fundamental reorientation of attitudes about race and inclusion, what will it take to fully include Black and Brown people and women in  organizations driving tech-based change?
