Earlier this week Techonomy’s David Kirkpatrick told Bloomberg TV that the verdict shouldn’t threaten overall innovation, but the Android ecosystem could be paralyzed. No one really knows if other Android devices are next on Apple’s legal crusade. An uncertain future will encourage phone and tablet makers to make a choice, says Palmer: “innovate or die!”
