SaaS executive Promise Phelon drives transformational growth for the companies she touches. As chief revenue officer of The Resumator, the No. 1 SaaS recruiting software for fast-growing businesses of all sizes, Promise owns the complete customer lifecycle from market definition and customer acquisition to customer care and success. Within a year after Promise joined The Resumator, the company nearly doubled its revenue and customer base; more recently, she played a pivotal role in securing $15 million in venture funding and launching a groundbreaking limitless-pricing model previously unheard of in the space. Before joining The Resumator, Promise founded UpMo, a visionary SaaS startup that helped companies mobilize and retain their best talent. For UpMo, she raised over $5 million in funding, acquired several patents, and led her product and engineering teams to create an industry-recognized product. Promise grew her appetite for technology startups at The Phelon Group, a technology-enabled services firm she founded and led to 300-percent annual growth while increasing the profitability of customer relationships for tech-rich companies, including Adobe, NetApp, and Bank of New York Mellon. She later sold The Phelon Group, which still operates successfully today. Promise holds an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, and a bachelor’s from Southern Methodist University.
