Pae Wu is a consultant at Berberian & Company serving as a technical adviser to U.S. Government research funding agencies developing investment strategies at the intersection of biology and technology. She specializes in bio and tech investments across a range of fields including synthetic biology, neurotechnology, and vanishing electronics. Prior to joining Berberian & Company, her 10 years of research in electronic materials and devices included work on sub-retinal implant technology and flexible electronics. Pae completed her Ph.D. in electrical engineering and post-doctoral research at Duke University developing UV plasmonic nanoparticles and InAs biosensors. She is also a co-founder of the DOUGHMAN, a competitive-eating-team-triathlon charity event.
