Nicola Cranmer is founder and CEO of United by Sport LLC and TWENTY16 Pro Cycling, an Olympic development professional cycling team. TWENTY16 is the only American-registered professional road cycling team to win medals at the 2012 London Olympics and is the first U.S. professional team to recruit a para-cycling athlete. It is the top college recruitment team for U.S. cyclists and awards scholarships to student athletes to supplement college tuition. Nicola currently serves on the U.S.A. Cycling Professional Track Committee and is the team director representative on the U.S.A. Cycling Professional Road Committee.
