Michael Patsalos-Fox, CEO of Stroz Friedberg, is based in the firm’s New York headquarters where he is responsible for global operations and growth strategies. As a former chairman of the Americas for McKinsey, Michael drove aggressive growth while leading over 2,500 consultants. He served as a senior partner on McKinsey’s operating committee for nine years and held a seat on the firm’s board for 12 years. While at McKinsey, Michael led innovative capabilities in data analytics and software. He also created McKinsey Solutions, a practice that combined industry and functional expertise with data science to unlock performance for the firm’s largest global clients. Michael is a respected international strategist, revered for helping implement successful transformation strategies to improve operational efficiencies, people productivity, and organizational growth. He began his career with Fujitsu Australia Limited. Michael holds a B.Sc. in computer science and pure mathematics from Sydney University in Australia and received his M.B.A. with distinction from International Institute of Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.
