With more than 20 years of experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, Michael is responsible for the development of Greenplum’s marketing strategy. Greenplum, a division of EMC, is driving the future of Big Data analytics with breakthrough products that harness the skills of data science teams to help global organizations realize the full promise of business agility and become data-driven, predictive enterprises. Prior to this role, Michael held an advisory position with EMC’s Information Intelligence Group and founded Analytica, a startup that provides reporting and analytic technology for JSON documents, initially focusing on MongoDB. Before EMC, he served as the CEO of Ingrian Networks (acquired by Safenet) and Outerbay (acquired by HP), and was the Vice President of Data Warehousing at Oracle.
