Mark M. Colodny is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2001, and is head of the technology, media, and telecommunications team. Mark also is a member of the firm’s executive management group. Previously, he served as senior vice president of corporate development at Primedia, where he ran the mergers and acquisitions group. Mark began his career as a journalist at Fortune magazine, where he wrote a biweekly column. He is a director of A Place for Mom, Ghostery, Liaison International, MultiView, and Slickdeals. Mark is also a member of ProPublica’s Board of Directors. He received a bachelor’s from Harvard University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
