Magda Donia is an Associate Professor of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management. Her work focus on the impact of motives underlying behaviors at work. At the organizational level, she is interested in the effect of corporate socially responsible actions within the organization. At the individual level, she is interested in why employees perform organizational citizenship behaviors and more specifically, in understanding whether different motivations lead to different contributions. She is also interested in the role of online peer feedback tools in improving student performance in higher education. Her research has been published in leading management journals such as the Journal of Business Ethics, Academy of Management Learning and Education and in Leadership Quarterly.
