Loi Stoddard-Graham is Met Life’s vice president of planning and business development, assigned to the firm’s Global Employee Benefits (GEB) unit. She is a member of the MetLife GEB senior leadership team.
Stoddard has spent much of her career focused on financial reporting, process improvement and managing teams. Prior to her current role, Stoddard worked in MetLife’s Financial Management Group, managing monthly projections and reporting of expenses, headcount and sales for the U.S. business and Latin America. From 2008 to 2011, Stoddard was the chief of staff to the head of Employee Benefits Sales in U.S. Group Benefits.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from Fordham University, Master Certificate in Business Intelligence from Villanova University and attended a management program at the Tuck School of Business.
