Linda Fayne Levinson is Chair of the Board of Hertz, Independent Lead Director of Jacobs Engineering Group and a Director of Ingram Micro, and NCR.

Ms. Levinson is a member of the U.S. Advisory Board of CVC Capital Partners and serves on the Board of Kount, a private payment security company owned by CVC. She is a trustee at Barnard College where she chairs the Investment Committee.

Ms. Levinson was a partner at GRP Partners, a venture capital firm where she invested in technology and internet commerce companies and served on their Boards. Some notable successes include Overture Services, sold to Yahoo!; Lastminute.com and Cybersource, Inc,. acquired by Visa in 2010.

Prior to that Ms. Levinson was a partner at Wings Partners, Inc. a private equity firm that took Northwest Airlines private and an executive at American Express where she ran the US leisure travel agency and tour business.

Ms. Levinson was elected the first woman partner at McKinsey & Co. in 1978. Ms. Levinson previously served on the Boards of Genentech, DemandTec, Bill Me Later and Western Union.

Linda holds an AB in Russian studies from Barnard College, an MA in Russian literature from Harvard University, and an MBA from New York University Stern School.
