Lawrence Wong is a member of the Accenture Technology North America leadership team as the Regional Technology Lead (RTL) for the West Region. RTLs are responsible for leading growth, operations and people across the region—supporting strategic client sales, building our brand in local market, and developing and delivering the strategy in the region to drive growth with a focus on innovation and rotation to New Tech. Lawrence is also responsible for leading the people agenda, ensuring we have the right talent strategy to fuel specialized technology skills and capabilities.
Previously, Lawrence was at HP Enterprise where he was vice president and general manager of Strategy & Operations—Converged Datacenter Infrastructure, where he drove a multi-billion dollar business unit delivering next generation software-defined infrastructure. Prior to HPE, Lawrence was a partner at McKinsey & Company where he negotiated, sold and led delivery of consulting projects and was instrumental in building McKinsey’s Global IT Infrastructure & Operations business unit. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Davis, an MBA from Columbia University, and resides in in the Bay Area with his wife Sherlene and daughter Claire.
Lawrence started his professional career as an analyst at Accenture in 1997.
