Ken Ericson is an award-winning communicator and former broadcast journalist focused on integrating content, social media and communications to drive stronger, more effective results.

As Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Fidelity Investments, Ken leads the strategy and execution team, managing external media outreach and engagement, telling the Fidelity story in a way that resonates with its audiences and helps to drive brand advocacy.

Before joining Fidelity in 2014, Ken led global social marketing at Xerox as well as the team behind the company’s content marketing initiatives, which used storytelling to build awareness around the company’s transformation to a leader in business services.

Ken is a former broadcast journalist, serving as assistant managing editor of the Broadcast group of The Associated Press, and earlier leading television newsrooms in New Orleans, Orlando and other cities.
