Married with two sons. Wife works in the biopharmaceutical industry. Retired from medicine but still active in research on feedback in social systems. My interest in communication research emerged from clinic work with patients and staff who were trying to change some habit such as smoking. This lesson can be applied to broader social and political issues as well. John also writes articles for Substack and WordPress on Feedback in Social Systems.
