Jennifer Crews is the Chief Ecosystem Officer for Shift Thinking. She is focused on building a network of leaders across companies and organizations who practice the art and science of Shift Thinking: Changing the way they think so they can change what they do.
Jennifer has more than 25 years of strategy, leadership and operational experience. She has led multi-million dollar projects and businesses within large corporations, such as Lucent Technologies and Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), where she was the GM for the +$60M Strategic Alliances business. Over the last 10 years she has focused on bringing big business fundamentals and discipline to technology start-ups as a strategy advisor and interim executive.
Jennifer holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA from Lafayette College. When she isn’t evangelizing about the need for new mindsets, Jennifer is focused on making the world better for women and children. She serves on the boards of WOMEN Unlimited, a leadership development company, and Second Life Bikes, a non-profit youth earn-a-bike program in Asbury Park, NJ.
