Guy Wollaert is known for his curiosity and propensity to continuously challenge the status quo to create new top-line or bottom-line value. Trained as an architect, Guy has carried the principles of that discipline forward into his corporate career, where he has repeatedly built or transformed businesses to grow and thrive in a changing world. He is currently SVP and Chief Technical and Innovation Officer at The Coca-Cola Company, where, since 2011, he has led the integration of multiple businesses into a dynamic global community across the following corporate functions: global sustainable procurement; technical operations; scientific and regulatory affairs; global governance for quality, safety, and environment; global research and development; and entrepreneurship and innovation.

Guy is also the chief architect of innovation for Coca-Cola, building on the company’s rich history to design new approaches, work models, and mindsets to accelerate new value across the organization. Fascinated by technology and the role it will have in disrupting every industry, he is driving new ways of working, and seeking (seemingly) unlikely partnerships to bring new thinking to the table.

Guy joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1992 to support the fast-growing business in Eastern Europe. From there he moved on to technical leadership positions of increasing responsibility in Asia, the U.S, and Japan, where, as president of Coca-Cola Tea Products Company, he consolidated the $7 billion national supply operations.

Prior to his current role, Guy was general manager of the company’s global juice business, laying the foundations for accelerating market share leadership and profitability.
