Donna Wells is a serial entrepreneur and veteran of three successful Silicon Valley start-ups. She is currently CEO of Mindflash Technologies, Inc. a company on a mission to make employee training radically simpler and actually measurable. Since product launch in 2010, the cloud-based Mindflash platform for online training has rapidly grown to market leadership, serving over 1,000 customers and delivering over 1 million courses in 2013 alone. Prior to Mindflash, Donna was CMO for Mint.com where, as a member of Executive Staff and employee #9, she brought over 2 million users to this free, online personal finance tool from the product’s September 2007 launch to the company’s acquisition by Intuit for $170 million in September 2009. Prior to Mint.com, Donna held executive positions in organizations ranging from start-ups to global brands — including Expedia, myCFO, Intuit, Charles Schwab and American Express. She is a Board Member of Boston Private Financial Holdings (BPFH). Her teams’ work has won multiple Webby’s and recognition as a Tech Pioneer by the World Economic Forum in Davos. She has been named a Top 25 Women in Tech to Watch by Accenture and a Marketing Executive of the Year Finalist by the Wall Street Journal.
