Craig Gorsline has been president and chief operating officer of ThoughtWorks, Inc. since June 2013. As part of a collective leadership structure, he carries responsibility for the overall leadership and direction of the ThoughtWorks global business. He is a dynamic executive focused on maximizing value for customers through highly collaborative, innovative, results-based engagements. Prior to assuming his current role, Craig served as ThoughtWorks’ managing director of The Americas, responsible for client relationships, sales operations, people development, and the strategic evolution of the U.S. business. Under his leadership, the business grew substantially in both revenue and profitability—but also massively expanded its customer base beyond the U.S. into Canada and Latin America. Craig joined ThoughtWorks in 2006 and has held the positions of client principal, ThoughtWorks North America head of demand, and global head of demand where he was responsible for sales and marketing management across all ThoughtWorks regions. Craig has more than 20 years of international technology consulting experience. Prior to ThoughtWorks, he served as senior vice president of product services with JPMorgan Chase in Chicago. He has also served in a number of senior business leadership roles with THEMIS Program Management and Consulting Ltd., both in Canada and the United States.
