Caren Kenney leads the Premier Executive Leadership™ program, an exclusive, highly personalized executive development program designed to reinforce the mental, emotional and physical resilience of CEOs and senior executives slated for the most critical and demanding C-suite roles in some of the world’s leading organizations.  She joined the Institute after serving as Senior Director of Thought Leadership for Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, where she built and launched strategic enterprise health and wellness enterprise platforms, initiatives, and partnerships.

Prior to her work at Johnson & Johnson, Caren held positions as Director of Marketing, Behavioral Health, and Director of Corporate Communications at HealthMedia, Inc. She was also Co-founder and Vice President of MySelfHelp.com, a health tech start-up that provided a suite of behavioral health digital health coaching solutions that were ultimately acquired by Johnson & Johnson. In addition, she spent 7 years as a marketing and business development consultant for health, technology, and insurance companies, and 10 years at Data General/EMC Corporation in strategic marketing and corporate communications roles.

Caren has served on different health and wellness advisory boards including the Institute for Health & Productivity Management (IHPM), and co-founded the IHPM Behavioral Health Workplace Center. She also co-founded the Global Alliance for Health and Performance, a network of experts from the fields of health, academia, business, sport, and science who are focused on sharing the proven principles of sport science and energy management to help improve the health and performance of individuals, organizations, and communities around the globe.

Caren is also an executive coach, trained through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), currently working with business leaders and senior executives in the health and wellness, management consulting, and insurance industries, and an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
