I’m a Senior Writer at The Wall Street Journal in San Francisco.  I write about big companies and tough issues in tech.  Lately that’s been tech addiction, social media and Facebook. In the past, I’ve been a Bureau Chief for The Wall Street Journal in Atlanta – hiring, editing and coaching a lot of great reporters.  Prior to this, I worked at Fortune  Magazine, where I wrote two dozen cover stories, and at Conde Nast Portfolio. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and a master’s degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism. .
