Anna is currently the program lead for artificial intelligence, academic initiatives and public affairs at IBM where she helps the company define positioning and develop thought leadership campaigns around emerging issues related to the frontiers of AI science and the ethical implications of the technology on businesses and society. She is also responsible for nurturing IBM’s global scientific AI ecosystem including academia, government agencies and other partners.
Prior to her work at IBM, Anna was a senior director in the corporate practice at Burson-Marsteller where she provided strategic communications counsel to companies around the globe. Over the past two decades, Anna has spent most of her time focused on developing integrated narratives, identifying influencers and structuring strategic communications campaigns for companies undergoing transformation or in the midst of a turn around.
Anna holds a bachelor’s degree in Art History from Scripps College and is an alumnus of Barnard College, Columbia University.
