She is the founder of Living in Digital Times (LIDT), a conferences and events company that curates top experts and the latest innovations at the intersection of lifestyle and technology. LIDT produces a number of notable conferences and expos at CES (the Consumer Electronics Show) and at conferences and events worldwide. Some of the company’s trademark events include The Last Gadget Standing, Digital Health Summit, FashionWare, Fitness Tech Summit, Kids@Play Summit, High Tech Retailing, Wearable Tech Summit and others. The Consumer Technology Association recently acquired the company and Raskin continues to consult. Her new company, Solving for Tech, was born in the pandemic to help amplify creative events to audiences everywhere. Raskin cut her teeth in tech journalism as Editor of PC Magazine, Editor in Chief and Publisher of FamilyPC, and founding member of Yahoo!Tech. Author of 6 books, magazine publisher, blogger, TV and radio personality, Raskin has been at the forefront of an ever-changing topic: what it means to be digital. She lives in NYC and the Hudson Valley, with her husband and has three grown children scattered about the country.
