Watch: Kimberly Bryant on What It Will Take to Make Tech More Inclusive

Kimberly Bryant founded and leads Black Girls Code, aimed at inspiring and empowering people who have generally been excluded from the tech industry. Less than 3% of employees at the top 75 companies in Silicon Valley are Black, and women are a distinct minority. Now, with the U.S. amidst a fundamental reorientation of attitudes about race and inclusion, what will it take to fully include Black and Brown people and women in  organizations driving tech-based change? What does Bryant tell the girls in her program now?
