Sai Mandapaty is a senior business executive and a Growth Champion at ThoughtWorks Inc.,—a $300 million premium global technology services firm specializing in providing thought leadership and transformation consulting. TW helps its clients succeed and survive disruptive business environments through its alternative thinking and approach to consulting and technology use. Sai has a global responsibility for accelerating revenue growth by developing growth engines, executing strategies for providing greater client value, and leading significant organization transformation initiatives critical to TW’s growth agenda. He is also a member of the TW operating committee responsible for managing business operations. Earlier, as managing director of North America, he set the region on an aggressive growth path. And, as global head of demand, he helped transform the sales organization to a high performing demand team. Sai has over 25 years of experience in developing strategy, marketing, selling, and delivering solutions in the technology consulting and outsourcing/offshore/global delivery industry. He has managed end-to-end P&Ls, led global teams, led major transformation efforts, and built trusted relationships with Fortune 500 clients. Prior leadership roles include global head of financial services and global head of travel and transportation verticals at Satyam Computer Services (now Tech Mahindra), a $2 billion IT services firm. Sai’s interest and expertise is in building global technology businesses, driving organizational change, and mentoring leadership talent. Sai has an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from VNIT, Nagpur, India. He currently lives in suburban Chicago with his wife and two sons.
